Passing Paige Parton in the hallway might catch your eye as she is a known fashionista around school. Or maybe you pick up a PB&J smoothie from her at Emerald City Smoothie, either way, Paige knows how to get you smiling and keep you that way. As a newly added member to news staff she’s worked her way up to bringing her smiles and skill to the summit news paper. Outside of blending scrumptious smoothies and being a true scholar, Paige has been training for basketball season even with a HUGE injury, she’s suffering from a broken pinky. While training has been difficult considering she hasn’t been able to make it through a season without concussing herself or damaging her physique, Paige has other talents besides breaking bones and making smoothies. Paige has dedicated herself to dancing for the past ten years and taken home multiple awards for her art on the stage. She also explored the Summit lacrosse team last year and grew quite the passion for her team and the sport. With twenty five things to do in a twenty four hour day you’d think she couldn’t do it, but she ALWAYS gets. It. Done.
