The latest from Drake, in collaboration with 21 Savage, the album “Her Loss” released on Nov 3 to reasonable critical acclaim, receiving a 4.5 out of 5 from general audiences and a 6.4 out of 10 from pitchfork. Shéyaa Abraham-Joseph, known by his stage name as 21 Savage, has been a current artist in recent years while Drake has fallen out of the limelight with critically disappointing projects such as “Certified Lover Boy” and “Honestly, Nevermind”, setting the album up to be a return to form for Drake with support from 21.

“It’s nothing new, but it’s definitely good,” said Junior and music nerd Angus Anderson.“Her Loss” also received attention for Drake’s unusual marketing campaign on Instagram in which he posted multiple explicit drawings. Although this controversy stirred up buzz for the first few days around the release of “Her Loss” it seems to have died down, leaving the album with only its lackluster tracks to generate more conversations.
