Sophomore Mia Mees is excited to learn and grow as a writer despite her lack of free time and constant sleep deprivation! Physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted, yet still trucking, with a positive outlook and bubbly personality, Mia aims to get A’s and B’s this year! Mia invests all her time and energy into volleyball, playing for Summit’s Junior Varsity team as a middle blocker, a position she has never played before. The majority of Mia’s personality is “I play volleyball” and laughing as a response when she doesn’t know what to say, how about that for anxiety? Despite having zero experience in journalism, Mia is willing to try her best to bring the public some spicy stories!
