Storm Boys Basketball Concludes Its Regular Season With a Blowout Win Over Caldera
On Friday, Feb. 24, the Summit Boys varsity basketball team crushed Caldera High School 87-52 in the final game of the regular season this year.
Through roughly the first four minutes, the Wolfpack put up a good fight keeping the score tied early on. However, the Storm went on a run and were unrelenting, piling onto their growing lead. At the end of regulation, Summit had amassed a 35 point lead, 87-52.
Summit was a perfect 3-0 against the Wolfpack this season. Summit’s next game will be the first game of the playoffs. This matchup will be played at Summit High School on Saturday, Mar. 4 at 5pm against Canby High School. Going into playoffs, the Storm are ranked #1 in 5A ending their season 18-5 and Canby is seeded 16th with a record of 9-15.
