The Summit High School girls soccer team came out on top. The girls worked together and took the title of the Intermountain Conference league champs from their rivals, Caldera High School. After nine wins, one tie, and two losses Summit girls  pulled through and finished strong with a final win.

Tuesday October 25 at 5:00 pm, Summit and Caldera, the top two teams in the conference, kicked off the last game of the season before moving on to playoffs. The game was tied 1-1 until the 68th minute when Zoey Steele scored and led Summit to victory. Steele said, “I felt excited but knew that there was still time left in the game so I couldn’t get ahead of myself.”
