On Monday, Jan. 10, in a highly anticipated regular season game, the Summit Boys Varsity basketball team defeated Mountainside High School. Coming into the game, both teams were ranked within the top 10 for 6A High School Basketball in the state. The game was a nailbiter, going back and forth all night. Despite the limited crowd, the building was electric. It was the fierce defense out of the Storm that secured this 47-43 win. In the final minute of the game, Summit sophomore Collin Moore had 2 defensive stops which solidified the victory. Summit was led by senior Caden Harris with 23 points. This win puts Summit at 6th in the state, and they are set to take on McNary High School on Tuesday, Jan 11.

Great article and a terrific win for the Storm.
I especially liked how you described individual play and players in this team effort.
We’ll done.
